Mark as Useful called that I have loan with advance cash net and they sue me for 754.26 but when I inquire to advance cash net I owe nothing.They let me make a letter of authorization to withdraw to my credit card and they took already for $180.00.The letter address to Jeffrey Stewart which according to them they are from national crime monitoring dept.Are they real or one of the Identity thef

Mark as Useful He called my mom and said that his name was Roger or Robert Johnson. He said that he was a debt investigator and that he was suing her for an unpaid loan. He said he had blocked her SSN and her name and bank account and that she was to pay him $366 to settle out of court. We called the SSN and they said that everything was normal, and just to makesure she called the loan agency and they told her that she didn't owe them anything (which she already knew) and told hr to google the number, and that lead me to here. He spoke with a very heavy Indian accent, for such an American name.
